Church of the Archangel Michael in Revda
Detailed description
The wooden church in the name of Archangel Michael was built in 1751 on donations from parishioners. In 1826, the construction of a stone church building began at the expense of the breeder Alexei Demidov. In 1932, the church was closed, the domes were removed, and the building was transferred to the factory to house a garage. In 1964, the temple building was destroyed due to dilapidation. In 1995, a new history of the temple began - the foundation stone was laid in the construction of the church, which was completed in 2009.
