There is a building in the central part of the city on the left bank of the Iseti River, it is one of the first steam mills in the Urals. It was built in 1884 at the expense of the Yekaterinburg merchant Simanov Ilya Ivanovich; according to the project of the Moscow firm S.A. Dobrov and B.I. The building in its architectural component is an example of industrial architecture of the nineteenth century with elements of the "brick" style. A grain processing plant for the production of flour, after the 1917 revolution it was a flour mill. In the two thousandth, the building was renovated, the territory of the complex is suitable for walking, and the buildings themselves are of historical and architectural value.
