Detailed description
Two-storey residence of K.A. Vorozheev in the Rostov region, at the intersection of Bolshaya Sadovaya Street and Kirovsky Prospekt. It was established in 1890. At the beginning of the twentieth century, this house belonged to the merchant P.K. Masalitina. In 1913-1914, it had shops and also produced a hulk called the mistress of the house.
