Apartment house of N.S. Morozov

The architectural building was erected at the end of the 19th century according to the design of architect Nikolai Dmitrievich Butusov. The building is built of brick, decorated with sandalwood, pilasters and highlighted window openings. The courtyard, decorated with arches, is also impressive.
