Observation deck

The observation deck is located in the Kislovodsk Park. It offers views of the city, the resort park of Kislovodsk, the Valley of roses, and in good weather you can see the top of Mount Elbrus. The air is clean and smells of pine needles and meadow flowers. The site can be reached on foot or by cable car.
