Small Forehead Rock

The Maly Lob rock is located in the Stavropol Territory on the territory of the Stavropol Regional reserve "Chertova Gora". This is a limestone massif, whose height is about 400 meters above sea level. The rock is formed from cave rocks that formed in the Cretaceous period. The Small Forehead is one of the largest limestone massifs in the northeast of the Caucasian mountain system. The rocky walls of the Small Forehead have many narrow cracks and caves, which are home to many species of rare animals and plants, as well as rich in diverse flora and fauna.
