Detailed description
This house was built in the early 20th century. It is a brick building with an annex. The exterior of the building is decorated with Rococo architectural elements. On the third floor there are semicircular windows with decorations in the upper part. The walls are decorated with a cornice. On the third floor, the central bay window is decorated with two decorative brackets, and there are flower pendants on the sides.Bay leaf festoons were located in the window sill space of the fifth floor.
After the fire in 2009, the right front door was not repaired.
The house is an object of cultural heritage, a monument of history and culture. The building is used as the main academic building of the St. Petersburg State Institute of Psychology and Social Work.
