The mansion of V.Y. Lepeshkina
Detailed description
The mansion was built in 1890. It is a two-storey stone building with a balcony and an outbuilding. The balcony is decorated with columns and a pediment. On the southeastern corner of the house there are two caryatids supporting the spirals of the Ionic order. The entire facade is decorated with stucco. After the revolution, the Institute of State and Law was located here, which is still here today. In 1932, two more floors were added to the building. Now the mansion is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance.
