The house of titular counselor A.S. Andreeva

Between the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God “Joy to All the Mourners” and the Apartment Building of Major General S.M. Andreev, a two-story stone building known as the House of Titular Counselor A. S. Andreeva is located, a commemorative plaque on the facade of the building informs us. The house was built in the late 20s of the 19th century. In the period from 1894 to 1918, the building served as the headquarters for the Provincial Zemstvo Council. Not so long ago, the building underwent reconstruction and acquired an eye-pleasing appearance. The house is also included in the list of cultural heritage of regional importance.
