Residential building of the workers of the regional committee

The residential building of the workers of the regional committee was built in 1926. The facade features decorative elements typical of various styles with a predominance of classical motifs. Its architectural and artistic appearance is determined by the unified rhythmic composition of the main building. The decorative solution of the facades is complemented by plaster and profiled architraves, rods with an ornament of a simple pattern. In the 1940s, the building was added to the third floor while maintaining the stylistic solution of the original building. It is currently an architectural monument.
