I.P. Chernyavsky's apartment house

The apartment building is located within walking distance from the 1st of May Park. It was built at the end of the 19th century. It is a two-story brick L-shaped building with a basement and a multi-pitched roof. The facade is decorated with brick decor and is a single composition in which the extreme sides and the corner part of the building stand out. Since 1914, the house belonged to I.P.Chernyavsky. To date, the vestibule of the entrance to the basement has been attached to the house, balcony fences and gate panels have been replaced.
