Apartment house K.M. Sukurenko

The building was built in 1910 in the Art Nouveau style. Techniques that correspond to the transition period from Art Nouveau to constructivism are used to decorate the facade. The staircase on the main facade is highlighted by a solemn entrance with an openwork expressive roof, two huge windows above it, as well as an attic of an intricate configuration (the decor has been lost). The image of the balconies has been changed. The project is rectangular in plan, three-storeyed, with a lower floor and a multi-storey roof, brick. The 1910 civil-era architectural monument is an interesting example of a cheap Art Nouveau house, reproducing the stylistic differences of the streets.
