E.R. Menzione Apartment building

The apartment building of E. R. Mentsione is located in the center of Rostov-on-Don on Socialist Street. The house is a U-shaped, three-storey house, multi-storey roof, brick. The building was built at the end of the nineteenth century. It is an architectural monument of civilian origin, reflecting the stylistic differences of the streets.
