Detailed description
The house was built in 1915 by architect L.F. Eberg. The building is a monument of urban planning and architecture of the city. The house consists of five floors with step-by-step bay windows, which adds volume and originality to the structure. Currently, the house has been completely renovated by the design Institute for the restoration of historical and cultural monuments "Specproektrestavratsiya".
