The apartment house of Alexander Nikolaevich Pertsov

The Alexander Nikolaevich Pertsov building is a large high-rise condominium that was built from 1910 to 1911. The architectural solution of the building is made in the Art Nouveau style. Exquisite architecture and classicism, typical Art Nouveau, floral stucco, wrought-iron decorations - a building that can compete with the pearls of St. Petersburg Art Nouveau. The development of the site of the former apartment building of A. N. Pertsov began long before the appearance of modern buildings. At the end of the eighteenth century, there were stone houses and wooden offices here. Over time, the houses located in the area were rebuilt several times, and at the beginning of the twentieth century, civil engineer Alexander Nikolaevich Pertsov became the owner of the site.
