The building of the editorial office of the newspaper Priazovsky Krai, where the writer A.I. Svirsky worked from 1893 to 1895, and the writer A.S. Serafimovich worked from 1886 to 1898

The building has a rectangular shape with a courtyard with a well and a one-sided corridor layout. The brick building has two floors, with a pitched roof. The composition of the building is largely determined by the shape and size of the windows, lintels and attic; the first floor has a rusticated finish. The main entrance from Bolshaya Sadovaya Street is decorated with pilasters; the windows of the upper floor are decorated with portals with triangular pediments. The balconies have curved metal railings. The facade is decorated with architraves, decorative locks and sandricks.
