Detailed description
The building has a rectangular shape with a courtyard with a well and a one-sided corridor layout. The brick building has two floors, with a pitched roof. The composition of the building is largely determined by the shape and size of the windows, lintels and attic; the first floor has a rusticated finish. The main entrance from Bolshaya Sadovaya Street is decorated with pilasters; the windows of the upper floor are decorated with portals with triangular pediments. The balconies have curved metal railings. The facade is decorated with architraves, decorative locks and sandricks.
