The mansion of Y.G. Gerasimov, an architectural monument

The building belongs to the monument of history and culture of regional importance, to a typical urban mansion of the end of the XIX century. It was located in the historical center of Rostov-on-Don. The building is an L-shaped one-story brick structure with a basement and a multi-tiered pitched roof. The composition of the facade is determined by a number of rectangular window openings supported by protruding side walls on the facade. The symmetry of the facade is emphasized by intersections with the attics, one of which accents the main entrance. The southern and eastern facades are decorated with eclectic neoclassical composition and stucco decoration with elements of the Neo-Greek style. The building has several outbuildings.
