The mansion of P.S. Velikanova

The mansion of P.S. Velikanova is located near the mansion of G.V. Trunov. The building was built in 1890. It was built by a merchant for his daughter, in which she lived with her husband. It is a two-storey brick building with a mezzanine. The facade of the building is decorated with columns supporting a balcony and stucco molding. The mansion once had 28 rooms. Currently, the Rostov Art College named after M. B. Grekov is located in the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
