Apartment house of A.F. Demyanenko

This building was built at the end of the nineteenth century. The decor is a neoclassical brick decor typical of the neoclassical eclectic trend. It has a simple and logical design. The second floor is rural. The walls of the second floor are decorated with a pair of blades. The style of the building is complemented by interstory draught, parapet fillings and double-leaf blinds with profile carvings above the dormer windows. As well as wrought-iron tracery elements of the canopy over paneled doors with moldings and wrought-iron arched entrance screens. The first balconies were lost. The building is complex in plan and consists of two floors with plinths and a gable roof made of brick.
