Estate of I.I. Rudinsky - A.P. Sergeev, wing

The estate of I.I. Rudinsky – A.P. Sergeev is located on the territory of "Old Nizhny Novgorod", in the block bounded by Bolshaya Pecherskaya Street and Minina Street. It is adjacent to other manor complexes of Bolshaya Pecherskaya Street (No. 12 and No. 16) on the north-western and south-eastern sides, respectively. The wing is two-storeyed with an attic room, located deep in the manor territory and has a rectangular shape in plan. The first floor is made of stone, the second is made of chopped wood. The facades of the wing are plastered and painted in two colors: white details contrast against the background of the main ochre tone.
