Estate of V.M. Rukavishnikov

The architectural complex of S. M. Rukavishnikov was built in 1875-1877. It was made in the eclectic style, located on Verkhnevolzhskaya embankment, in the historical center of Nizhny Novgorod. The author of the project is P. S. Boytsov from Moscow. This complex is of great importance for urban planning, as it fixes the angle of intersection of the embankment and Piskunov Street and is a major element of the river. It is considered one of the most famous and important architectural monuments of the city.
