The building was erected in 1903. It is a one-storey building with an octagonal chimney and a two-storey wing in which the workers of the power plant lived. The first Central Power Plant in Yekaterinburg was located here. Nowadays, the Tram and Trolleybus Department is located here.

Здание было возведено в 1903 году. Это одноэтажная постройка с восьмигранной трубой и двухэтажном флигелем, в котором жили работники электростанции. Здесь располагалась первая в Екатеринбурге Центральная электростанция. В наши дни здесь находится Трамвайно-троллейбусное управление.
