Fedorov residential house with an outbuilding

It is located next to the northeast corner of the building, bounded by Lenin Avenue, Pushkinskaya, F. Engels and Kaminsky streets. It is a two-storey stone residential building with an L-shaped plan and located on a complex terrain. A special feature of the house is a noticeable discrepancy in the height of the basement at the corners of the main facade. The facades are decorated simply, the window openings are decorated with niches with archivolts on the second floor. Triangular sandriks and window sills decorate the three windows along the central axis of the second floor. The top of the house ends with a high smooth frieze with a stepped cornice of a shallow section profile.
