Detailed description

The building of the early 19th century belongs to cultural heritage sites and is protected by the state as a monument of history and culture of regional significance in accordance with the regulations of the Head of the Administration of the Tula region. Earlier, before the revolution, it was the Chaikin Hotel, which occupied the site of a former apartment building and retail shops in the basement.
