Pervushin Manor
Detailed description
To this day, there are preserved: an apartment building with a basement and a mezzanine, a one-story stone wing adjacent to the east, a wall and a gate. The residential building is depicted on the plan of Yekaterinburg in 1856 by French researchers Alory and Bergier. The main occupation of the Pervushin family was the flour and grain trade. The one-story wing adjacent to the mansion was built later, as it is not shown in the mentioned drawings of Yekaterinburg; after the events of October 1917, the wing of the mansion was turned into an ordinary house, which led to the loss of the decorative facade and significant changes in the interior layout.
