Heroes' Square of the 21st Army

The square is located at the intersection of Lenin Avenue with Novo-Sadovaya and Osipenko streets. The name was given in 2007 on the initiative of members of the Samara section of the Council of Veterans in memory of the soldiers who proved themselves during the Great Patriotic War in the Battle of Stalingrad. A monument to underage home front workers and a stele with a high relief "Motherland" were erected on the square. One of the lobbies of the Alabinskaya metro station is also located on the square.
