Detailed description

The construction of the house took place in the period from 1905 to 1906. This building has never been known for its luxury inside. It was built as an apartment building for residents, mostly from those workers who worked at nearby factories and shipyards and were highly qualified. Kondratiev was engaged in the construction of "workers' houses" and "poor houses" and was a recognized expert in this field. The facade of this building reflects functionality, the desire to work with simplified forms and volumetric masses. The corner building has two facades with four projecting triangular bay windows.
