Apartment house of A.I. Balaev

The building was built in 1910 for contractor A. I. Balaev. When designing the building, he used simple but effective techniques that were popular in the Art Nouveau era. The bricks are complemented with plaster, and the ground floor is lined with granite fragments. To this day, tiles from those times can be seen at the entrance and on the stairwells, as well as those wooden doors.
