The estate of E.F. Filitz was built around 1896, in the city of Yekaterinburg. The building of the Estate of E.F. Filitz was built according to the design of the architect - Julia Osipovich Dyutel. The manor house is an asymmetrical structure, the main facade of which faces Engels Street. Inside the building there is an original decor and stucco molding.
