Church of the Holy Trinity in Ostankino
Detailed description
The church was built between 1677 and 1683. In honor of the Life-Giving Trinity, the main altar was illuminated on June 3, 1692. In construction, the architect adhered to such a Russian architectural style as the Moscow "uzorochye". This is an elegant stone structure in red, which has many decorative elements. This massive building has three main entrances, which are made in the form of elegant porches. The main part is topped with five round light drums with domes. There are window openings of various shapes and sizes, but they are all framed by a multidisciplinary stucco pattern. Next to the building there is a monastery baking building and a small lake Goryachka with an embankment.
