I. D. Vodenikov's house is located near the Sinopskaya Embankment City Pier. The building was erected in 1841, and the third floor was redeveloped and added in 1873. It is a three-storey orange building with an arched entrance to the courtyard. Currently, there are residential apartments in the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
