Detailed description
The house of F. I. Obzhorin-Korotin is located near the park. Sverdlov. It was founded in 1866-1910. It is a two-storey building of complex shape with a basement and a mezzanine floor. There is a small balcony on the second floor. The facades are decorated with stucco, bay windows. It is currently a cultural heritage site of regional significance.
