House of Neklyutin

The building is a monument of urban planning and architecture of federal significance. The main facade of the building consists of three parts. The western part is a two-storey brick building. The western facade is designed in an eclectic style, with a central entrance on the ground floor and wide windows decorated with stucco linear architraves on the second floor. Rectangular windows on the ground floor are separated by pilasters; the second floor is also separated from the first floor by a rectangular window.
