House of Soviets

Construction of the building began in the thirties of the XX century, but the war intervened. The construction was fully completed in 1968. The building was built in the constructivist style and is an eight-storey brick building with a rectangular shape. A portal with pilasters is installed above the main entrance. The facades were designed by architects Vladimir Grigor and V.I. Simonovich.
