M.I. Messarosh's apartment house

This apartment building is located in the urban area of Bogatyanovka, within walking distance of the Don River and built in the 1910s. It is an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. It has been under state protection since 1998 and is represented by a 5-storey building with relief projections of the main part of the facade.
