At the intersection of Lenin Street, 22, litera A and Br. Zhabrovy, 2, litera A in Tula there is a building built in the XVIII-XIX centuries. This building is associated with the names of the famous Tula merchant dynasty Dobrynins, who were hereditary honorary citizens. In 1861, Emperor Alexander II stayed here. The architectural monument is a brick structure consisting of multi-time and multi-height buildings. It is a three-part composition that includes the main volume of the building (Dobrynin's house, XVIII–XIX centuries) and two side wings (late XIX - early XX century) with two main entrances. The architectural style of the building belongs to the Russian classicism of the late XVIII – early XIX century. There is a decorative decoration on the main facade of the building, giving it an exquisite look.
