Apartment house D.E. Shchepilo

An architectural monument of the late 19th – early 20th century in the neoclassical style. A three-storey brick building with a rectangular basement. Elements typical of classicism can be noted in the decoration. The symmetry of the shapes of the attics and pediments, the framing of the windows. The gates and balconies have not been preserved. The building was built as part of a single architectural ensemble of Nikolskaya Street. That's what the Socialist Party was called in tsarist times.
