Residential house of V. Popov and K. Babayants

In the third quarter of the 19th century, a house was built in the neoclassical style, corresponding to the traditions of ancient Greek art. At that time, the building was used for residential purposes. Today, the house is in a neglected state and is not in use. This historic building is a monument of civil architecture of the third quarter of the 19th century and illustrates the stylistic diversity of buildings in the city center.
