The house of the clergy of the Church of St. Nicholas in Zvonary is located near the church of Eugene, Bishop of Chersonesos. The building was built in 1781. It is a yellow brick two-storey building with an attic. The facade of the building is decorated with stucco. The house is classified as a national heritage site, put up for privatization.
