Observation deck

The observation deck is an elegant white gazebo in the Valley of Roses. It is located at the end of the juniper alley. There are benches where you can relax. The observation deck itself is not high enough to fully view the giant mountains, but if you take a chairlift up to the valley itself, you can see Mount Elbrus.
