Apartment houses of A.M. Tupikov - House of M.F. Nemkova

The apartment buildings of A.M. Tupikov and the House of M. F. Nemkova are historical buildings that are architectural monuments of the second half of the nineteenth century. Architect - Vargin E.P. Eclectic style. E. F. Napravnik, I.F. Stravinsky, T.P. Karsavina lived and died here, and later A. I. Berg and V. G. Gelfreich. On the side of Dekabristov Street, there was a famous pharmacy in the house, which, perhaps, was described in A. Blok's poem "Night, street, lantern, pharmacy ...". In 2001, the house was included in the list of newly discovered objects of historical, scientific, artistic or other cultural value.
