The observation deck on Uritsky Street is located in the resort town of Kislovodsk, in the Stavropol Territory. It is located at an altitude of about 670 meters and offers views of the city, the surrounding mountains and the nature of the Caucasus. The site offers panoramic views of the main street of the city, Kurortny Avenue, as well as the Kurortny Park, where many attractions are located.
