Artemiy Ochakov 's dacha

Artemy Ochakov was a wine merchant and the owner of a brick factory. The cottage project was created in 1900 by Pyatigorsk architect E. B. Khodzhaev. The bright building consists of 2 floors. The house has a terrace with access to the garden at the request of Ochakov himself. The plot is fenced. Later, a kindergarten was organized in the building. Now one of the buildings of the Kislovodsk boarding house is located in the cottage.
