Boncha Mansion

The building was built in the early 1910s, with two floors of yellow brick and a tower above the main entrance, a unique spatial layout (balconies, verandas, bay windows and skylights). At the moment, it is not known who was the architect of the building. After nationalization in the 1920s, the building was used as a government summer residence and then as a sanatorium. Currently, the Stavropol Regional Rospotrebnadzor and the Kislovodsk sanitary and Epidemiological station are located here.
