Observation deck

There is an observation deck in Tula that offers a panoramic and scenic view of the city. Next to it is the administration of Tula and the Tula region, the Assumption Cathedral, the Transfiguration Church. The genre sculpture "Tula Gingerbread" is located nearby. A suitable place from which you can perfectly see the nature of the area and get acquainted with the architecture.
