Mizhuev 's House
Detailed description
The house has four floors with slightly rounded corners, built in the early nineteenth century. It is executed according to all the canons of "mature classicism". The facade, decorated with a six-columned portico with semi-columns of the Corinthian order, attracts attention. Bas-reliefs depicting bacchanalia are placed between them. The house is particularly famous for the fact that it was the ancestral home of P. P. Pestel, the founder of Russian Truth.
