E.A. Krylov's apartment house

The building was built in 1894. Apart from the fact that the central market is visible from the window of the house, the house itself forms an integral, historical appearance of the market square. Throughout the entire existence of the house (including now), there are retail outlets on the ground floor, and residential premises above. There is a distinctive and unique thing in this building - the gates of the late 19th century, which are of great historical value, since there are about 5 of them left in Rostov. In 2019, the gates and the address plate were restored by the hands of the activists "My Facade".
