Detailed description
The house was built in the 1890s, but P.H. Shmatov himself purchased it in 1913. The building is rectangular in shape, it also has a courtyard and a separate entrance. The house is built of brick, which has a multi-pitched roof, and there is a basement. It is now an architectural monument of the 19th century. Currently, part of the house is residential, and part is leased to various companies.
