The apartment building was built at the end of the 19th century. The two-storey brick building with a basement and a gable roof is built in an eclectic style. The central facade is decorated with stucco. The owners of the house before the revolution were major industrialists, cousins K.K. Anpetkov and A.E. Unanov. At the end of the 20th century, it was recognized as an architectural monument of regional significance.
