The apartment house of B. Khosudovsky and R. Mendel
Detailed description
The house was built at the end of the 19th century. This building has the shape of a rectangle, three storeys, with a basement and a multi-pitched wing. Various decorative elements typical of the Neo-Renaissance era are used to decorate the facades. The extreme eastern relief stands out, which is emphasized by the semicircular openings of the second and third floors in the design of profiled pilasters. The architectural appearance of the building is formed by the rustication of all floors, the framing of the window openings of the upper levels with platbands and a countercash with rectangular sanders. The window frames on the second floor have modular inserts.
The original balcony railings, curbstones and parapet grilles, as well as safety nets on the railings were lost.
